How Coaching Works
- Format: One-to-one sessions (or small groups, if preferred)
- Frequency: Usually fortnightly for the first 2–3 sessions, then monthly
- Structure: Each session includes an action plan and follow-up
- Setting: Initial sessions are often face-to-face to build comfort and trust. After that, many clients continue online for convenience.
What to Expect
The first sessions are all about listening – understanding your goals, challenges, and the patterns that shape your thinking. If you come open and ready, there are big long-term gains available.
As your coach, I bring both professional training and real-life experience. My role is to be your external disruptor gently challenging the repeating patterns and cognitive distortions that keep you trapped. With care and clarity, I’ll help you shift perspective, unlock growth, and move forward.
