- Do they listen to all, without favouritism or prejudice?
- Do they harness the imagination and cohesion of the group to serve the interests of the group and their organisation?
- Has the leader earned the trust of the group to lead the group?
- Can the leader take a firm control in critical times to navigate the right direction and once safe again, then relax the control to include the individuals of the group without losing trust nor losing respect?
