Before you can manage your reactions in crisis, you must first understand them. Through guided reflection, assessment tools, and scenario-based exercises, I help you uncover your unique patterns of stress response. Do you freeze, fight, or flee? Where does your mind go under pressure? These insights form the bedrock of a personalised resilience plan.

Cultivating Emotional Agility

Emotions are not the enemy in crisis -they are signals. However, unmanaged, they can derail decision-making and fuel panic. I teach practical techniques for emotional regulation, such as mindfulness, grounding exercises, and cognitive reframing, so that you can acknowledge your feelings without being controlled by them.
