After my years in service, I transitioned into construction and architectural design, leading projects and teams across New Zealand. As a Design and Operations Manager, I was responsible not just for projects, but for people—helping them grow, find confidence, and succeed in high-pressure environments.
I’ve also been at the forefront of several startups, some successful and some not—but each a valuable lesson in resilience, leadership, and innovation. Now, with over three decades of hard-earned experience, I bring all I’ve learned—through service, leadership, setbacks, and successes—to help others rise to their next level.
My greatest reward is seeing people discover their strengths, transform their mindset, and step fully into their potential.
